The Art of Authentic Connection
Creating meaningful connection in a short amount of time takes more than just enthusiasm, it takes intentional training, reflection, and genuine character. Our facilitators invest countless hours into refining their craft through ongoing professional development, feedback, and collaborative learning. We don’t limit our training to the boardroom. You’ll find us sharpening our skills in all sorts of places, on the beach, during island escapes, at our private training facility (Milibarn Farm in South-East Queensland), and even in school settings. We don’t just train in different settings; we also deliver our school and corporate experiences across diverse locations throughout this great country. In the past month alone, our facilitators have brought Character Builders programs to Cunnamulla, Melbourne, Bundaberg, Sydney, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Warwick, Bouldercombe, Mullumbimby, Adelaide, Casuarina, and of course, Brisbane. No matter where we are, the goal is always the same: to create experiences that connect people, build character, and leave a lasting impact.

We’re lucky to have an extraordinary blend of people in our facilitator family, from talented young leaders who first met us as students nearly a decade ago, to highly experienced professionals with diverse corporate and life backgrounds.
This mix creates a powerful balance of energy, empathy, and expertise. It allows us to connect with everyone, from nervous Year 3 students on their first camp to seasoned professionals on a leadership retreat.

At the heart of all we do is a deep belief: that every person deserves to feel that they belong. We know that sometimes participants arrive feeling uncertain or anxious about what’s ahead. That’s when our facilitators shine the brightest.
